Porto.CARD

You buy a Porto card online, on this page, where you pick the date, pay and get the tickets on your phone straight away. The Andante Tour, Porto's transport card for visitors, is the one you buy in person, and there's an Andante shop at the airport.

Buy a Porto card online

The passes are sold only online. Each one comes with a 10% discount code by email for other Porto bookings on Tiqets, valid for a month.

Buy once your dates are fixed, though, because the passes can’t be cancelled or moved.

Porto card sights with set times or a booking

At the Clérigos, the Cathedral and the World of Discoveries you show the ticket on your phone at the entrance. Three others work a little differently.

At Serralves you swap the voucher for a paper ticket at the museum desk. The fado at Fado Maior has set show times, starting at 18:00 and 19:30, with a later show on some nights.

And with the Explorer Pass, you arrange your Burmester cellar visit with the lodge, by phone or at its reception.

Where to buy the Andante transport card

The passes don’t include transport, and the Andante Tour, the visitor’s card for the metro, buses and urban trains, is bought in person:

A Tour 1, for 24 hours, is €7.75, and a Tour 3, for 72, is €16.55, counted from your first validation (2026 fares). The machines in the metro stations don’t sell the Tour, only the blue Andante card, €0.60, and single tickets.

So if you land after the airport shop has closed, pay your first ride with a contactless bank card at Aeroporto station and get the Tour in town.

Frequently asked questions

Can I buy a Porto card at the airport?

The sightseeing passes are only sold online, so buy one on your phone before you land or once you're in Porto. What the airport sells is the Andante Tour transport card, at the Andante shop, open every day from 8:00 to 19:00.

Can I cancel a Porto pass?

Not once it's bought. If your plans are still open, buy the tickets inside it one by one instead. The Clérigos can be cancelled up to 48 hours before, and the cruise, the sightseeing bus and the World of Discoveries up to 24. The Cathedral, Serralves, the fado and the audio guide can be cancelled until midnight the day before.

Where do I collect my Porto card? Do I need to print anything?

There's nothing to collect or print. The tickets come by email to show on your phone. Only Serralves swaps the voucher for a paper ticket at its desk.
